Rafael Ferrer – ArtForHum

For Rafael Ferrer’s ArtForHum, a site-specific Latin American conceptual work, I developed and installed custom vinyl text graphics wrapping the museum’s spiral walls. To maintain fidelity to Ferrer’s visual language, I created a bespoke type solution that reflected his sensibility, laying out and applying chocolate-brown vinyl letters that hugged the architecture.

This installation demanded precision in typographic design, spatial fit, and material execution—all integral to integrating conceptual text into a sculpture-architectural continuum.

Rafael Ferrer’s long career and presence in museum collections underscore the importance of fidelity in fabrication and installation, and this piece remains in institutional context.
